pig and that John Harmon had issued a permit for the fence 2 weeks prior. It was explained that all permits must come before
the board for approval before the permit can be issued to the resident. It was also explained that the fencing material must
consist of residential fencing material. Ms. Walters agreed to erect a fence that was in compliance with BVL and DeSoto
County. The board agreed to speak with Mr. Harmon and find out why the permit had been issued and not approved by the
board.
