AMENDED MINUTES FOR Buena Vista Lake Maintenance Association, OCTOBER 4, 2021 as voted on at the Annual Meeting Monday October 3, 2022 by the homeowners. In specific, the clerical error under “Proposed New Bylaw” has been corrected to read “2/3 of eligible votes cast”. The vote for the acceptance of the amended minutes was 175-1.
