BUENA VISTA LAKES MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC. January 3, 2022
The Board of Directors of Buena Vista Lakes Maintenance Association met January 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Ned Plunk called the meeting to order and Kyle Cornish led the assembly in prayer.
A roll call of board members was requested. Present were: Ned Plunk, Barbara Campbell, Kevin Cooper, Kyle Cornish, Leigh Cornish, Vickie Moore, Melanie Turner, Christine Vanelli, and Kim Wood.
A quorum was established.
Association members present were: Janice Burchette, Diane Barber, Kathy Fink, Rose Costello, Donna Miller.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the Monthly Meeting of December 13, 2021 were reviewed by the directors. A motion was made to accept the minutes, seconded, and passed unanimously.
FINANCIAL REPORTS: The Monthly Financial Statement of December was not available to be reviewed.
Keith Collins Co. is in the process of obtaining that data. Ned will check with them to get that report. Next month we will review Dec. and Jan. data
Finance:
As stated above, no data to review.

Neighborhood Watch:
- Panhandler in neighborhood.
- One extra sheriffs patrol in the neighborhood
- Neighbor bit by dog. Animal Control notified
- Non-emergency security calls & concerns can be made to DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department at 662.469.8599. Recreation (Pool, Ballfield & Playground):
Mr. Wilson reported:
o Carification on the roof repair. A neighbor, who wishes to remain anonymous, repaired the pool
Shed for Larry.
